Set in the year 3087, the piece depicts a couples retreat that goes horribly wrong, amid a backdrop of mysterious Monuscapes and an ocean teeming with deadly sharks. Taking many months to create, the closing chapter in the Monuscape Trilogy was inspired by the fascinating terrain of Thailand’s island outcroppings and its aqua-tinted seas.
